Herbert NGAYA

SatNav Africa Joint Programme Office (JPO) Senior engineer in Communication , Navigation and Surveillance; he is gratuated from the EMAC (Ecole Africaine de l’Aviation civile et de la Meteorologie) in Niger. He obtained a Master Degree in Satellite-Based CNS/ATM at ENAC (Toulouse). He worked during two years as visiting scientist at ICTP (Trieste, Italy) on the impact on ionospheric impact on SBAS performance in sub saharan Africa. He is working as GNSS expert at Satnav-JPO since seven years.
